Stacey Brown
Stacey Brown is a senior Human Resources, People Operations, and People and Culture leader with more than 25 years of experience with museums, nonprofit organizations, foundations, and other mission-driven organizations.
Prior to founding S Brown Consulting LLC, Stacey was Managing Director of Human Resources at The Trustees of Reservations, a Massachusetts nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving natural and historical sites, including 120+ landmarks like museums, historic estates, inns, campgrounds, woodland preserves, hiking trails, recreational beaches, public gardens, and working farms. Her role was instrumental in enhancing organizational cohesion and supporting complex people operations across diverse sites and initiatives.
Stacey also served as Director of Human Resources at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, an institution housing one of the world's most remarkable art collections. She successfully led HR operations through a period of transformative growth, including the construction and opening of the museum's Renzo Piano-designed wing.
Her leadership has consistently been recognized for fostering environments where teams can thrive and missions can flourish.
